Oh my, I can't believe I forgot to post about the weekend in Toledo! The show went really well, the boys did a great job arranging the night (even if they did get a little stressed out, it was their very first one). All in all it went really smoothly. All told, they raised about $700.

Ricki and Tony are still being raved about, they guys loved them and people on campus are still talking about them. I was so glad that Ricki was able to come with us, it turned out to definately be one of those Too Wong Foo trips, 3 drag queens and a wannabe drag queen piled into a car. Dominick flew in (the wannabe) and joined us for the weekend, and wound up getting TORE up the night of the show. I didn't mind so much, since he has literally had to carry me out of my shows before because I was so drunk. I figured he deserved it.

The next day, we had a ceremony to neophyte the Toledo boys, which went really well. Following the ceremony, they "kidnapped" one of the brothers and sent the remaining people on a scavenger hunt to find him. The scavenger hunt led us to the party location which is where they held their Night Of Madness. We had so much fun, snapping pictures along the way, tormenting the neophytes. Tony and Ricki didn't join us for the scavenger hunt... Tony can be kind of a stick in the mud about this stuff. He thinks he is too old to play games. I think playing these kinds of games keeps you young. They joined us at the party, where I was really worried that Tony was going to be a little harsh to the boys (he forgets that he was 19 once)... luckily after a few cocktails he loosened up and started having a good time. We all converged on the only decent gay dance bar in Toledo, where we had a WONDERFUL time.

The next morning, we started our trek back home to Cincinnati, just as a blizzard hit the area. The highlight of the return trip was definately having Thanksgiving dinner at the Iron Skillet on I75. The other highlight of the trip (both going to and coming from Toledo) was "touchdown Jebus". Touchdown Jebus is this monsterous statue of Jesus coming out of this lake. The statue is probably 5 stories tall, and it looks like night of the living dead. WOW! these Christians have bad taste!

HEHEHE!
